Business Law 497: Study Abroad Experience
In May of 2018 I will have the opportunity to study abroad, through James Madison University, in Washington D.C., Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, and France. We will be visiting the U.S. Supreme Court, International Monetary Fund, World Bank, Commission of the EU, European Parliament, Council of EU, International Court of Justice, International Criminal Court, International Chamber of Commerce, United Nations European headquarters, World Trade Organization, International Labor Office, World International Property Organization, and the CERN. This is going to give me an amazing learning opportunity to dive into the legal implications of international business dealings including foreign direct sales, distributorship arrangements, licensing of technology and legal aspects of the multi-national corporation.
